Sometimes, particularly for site owners not steeped in analytics, they might not be as simple or easy to understand as they might be when clicking on the option for the first time.

The video below gives an outline and overview of all five reports in the new Multi-Channel Funnels reports option in Google Analytics, including the Overview, Assisted Conversions, Top Conversion Paths, Path Length and Time Lag reports.

There is a lot more you can do and in-depth analysis you can get but if you just want to get some deeper insights into your visitors behaviour and what has brought them and engaged with them enough to complete one of your goals then the above video is a good start.
